We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide patient care activities and orientation to patients and relatives, adhering to strict infection control measures and exercising standard precautions and good hand hygiene.
You will assist doctors and nursing staff in meeting the basic needs of patients in the patient areas, ensuring their general comfort and well-being. Additionally, you will participate in designated nursing procedures and treatments, and assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned work area within the facility.
Responsibilities- To perform basic nursing care and housekeeping tasks.
- To assist doctors and nursing staff in meeting the basic needs of patients.
- To provide patient care activities and orientation to patients and relatives.
- To adhere to strict infection control measures and exercise standard precautions and good hand hygiene.
- To participate in designated nursing procedures and treatments.
- To assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned work area within the facility.
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Nitec / GCE N / O / A Level / or Equivalent.
- ITE Skills Certificate Health Care (Inpatient) or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support preferred.
- Able to work on 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Training will be provided.
