Key Responsibilities:

Training Analysis

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis for our affiliates, focusing on Applied Product/System & Control Solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with affiliates and partners to understand their training requirements and propose constructive improvements.

Training Management

  • Oversee the development and implementation of training management strategies, particularly for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training programs.

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Study, plan, and develop the LMS to enhance its functionality and user experience.
  • Implement feasible functions tailored to our training needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Additional Duties

  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in LMS systems.
  • Technical knowledge/background in Applied Product, HVAC, or Control is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel to ASEAN Oceania countries.
