Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, evaluating contracts and sub-contracts, and establishing strong relationships with consultants, architects, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate contract and sub-contract works to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Establish rapport with clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and architects to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Carry out contracts administration activities, including negotiation, procurement, and tendering.


Requirements:

* Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/Surveying Works in a construction firm for senior post
* PC Literate (MS word / Excel)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
