As a key project leader, you will oversee the execution of shipbuilding projects from inception to completion.

With a focus on delivering results-driven solutions, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery.

You will be responsible for analyzing workflows and implementing best practices to optimize construction processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

As the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will provide regular project updates and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Furthermore, you will identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

With a strong focus on budget management, you will ensure that projects are delivered within established financial constraints while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in shipbuilding (FPSO Construction) and marine operation.
  • Excellent planning, organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
