Role Overview:

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and support. As an Exceptional Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients and customers in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including maintenance fees, renovation deposits, and other incomes;

  • Assisting with procurement and vendor management, including purchasing requests and verifying invoices;

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, printing, filing, and documentation;

  • Performing other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers;

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel;

  • A strong understanding of financial transactions and record-keeping procedures;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
