Job Description

To augment healthcare manpower and boost resilience, we seek an individual to develop innovative mechanisms to build a pipeline of alternative manpower.

  • Grow volunteer opportunities in patient-facing and care-related roles across the care sectors.
  • Formulate, review, and revise policies and procedures related to volunteer management.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions to identify opportunities that support sector needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to harness synergies of different volunteering schemes and grant management programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to build a pipeline of alternative manpower during peacetime and crises.
  • Identify critical risk areas requiring manpower augmentation.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of prior experience in volunteer management is advantageous.
  • A self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with data and MS Excel.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
