Job Description

The Innovation Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting various initiatives, managing innovative healthcare projects, and driving the clinical adoption of Practice Changing Innovations within the NUHS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage selected innovations under the NUHS PCI programme, driving them towards deployment and adoption in NUHS hospitals, clinics, and healthcare community.
  • Cultivate and maintain good relationships with clinical champions and the PCI teams.
  • Assist in forging new partnerships and maintaining relationships with healthcare ecosystem partners to support CIH innovators.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and innovation processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
