Healthcare Resilience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare Resilience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative mechanisms to augment healthcare manpower and boost resilience during peacetime and crises.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector. As a Healthcare Resilience Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify volunteer opportunities in care-related roles and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills. They will be able to work quickly to seize emergent opportunities and comfortable with data and competent in MS Excel.

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in volunteer management, although this is not a requirement. They will also possess a drive to learn and apply new skills, knowledge, and ways of working.

As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative mechanisms to augment healthcare manpower and boost resilience during peacetime and crises.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify volunteer opportunities in care-related roles and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of prior experience in volunteer management (advantageous but not required).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfortable with data and competent in MS Excel.
