We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Capital Management Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in SAP HCM to drive business success.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and support of SAP HCM ECC modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY) – Global and/or country-specific, Benefits (BN), and ESS/MSS.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of SAP HCM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients;
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP/SuccessFactors solutions;
  • Ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws within payroll and time schemas;
  • Defining and overseeing interfaces/integrations with third-party systems;
  • Participating in system testing, user training, go-live, and post-production support;
  • Guiding junior team members and providing thought leadership in HR digital transformation journeys.

The ideal candidate will have 20–30 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM, with strong configuration skills in PA, OM, TM, and Payroll. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
