JtHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, including delivery process management. Your duties will include managing order fulfillments, monitoring all shipments, and coordinating system posting into SAP.
Key Responsibilities
* Obtain shipping approvals from customers and release shipping instructions to 3PL Global warehouses
* Work closely with 3PL warehouses and forwarders on shipping arrangement and resolve shipping issues
* Identify and report shipments that are at risk/potentially drop out in revenue to Channel Sales Manager and Direct Manager
* Manage and support the inventory, perform regular audits on inventory in Singapore
* Prepare and manage inbound and outbound shipment documentation
* Liaise with forwarders on shipment rates/freight quotes
Requirements
* Diploma and above in Business Management or related field
* At least 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain function
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel)
* SAP experience in Sales & Distribution module and Order-to-Cash is required. CRM experience is an added advantage
* Knowledge in shipping procedures (air and ocean transportations, incoterms, key freight terminology, etc.) is a plus point
* Result-oriented with great attention to details
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A strong team player who enjoys working with diverse cultures
* Ability to handle responsibilities under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced and revenue-driven customer service environment
