Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Sales Professional to join our team at Johnson Controls. As an Offshore Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our after-sales services in the marine industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Expand after-sales services (parts and services sales) for HVAC systems & Fire solutions to commercial ship owners.
  • Leverage from our installed base to identify and engage potential customers, end users, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with Services support team to grow after sales offerings.
  • Create quotations, specifications and sales proposals and manage the entire sales cycles from initial contact to closing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree /or Diploma preferably in Sales or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years sales experience working within the Marine or Offshore Oil and Gas market.
  • Familiar with HVAC or fire detection / suppression systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into clear, tangible value driven proposals.
  • Must be able to work autonomously, while also thriving a collaborative global team environment.
