Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Admissions Team in processing applications for Master's Programmes, including document handling and applicant communications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, preparing pre-Board of Admissions materials, and providing operational and administrative support for programme delivery.

In addition, the successful candidate will support the planning and execution of commencement ceremonies and other programme-related events. They will also be responsible for undertaking ad-hoc tasks related to programme operations and student services as required.
