About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and commendations received via phone.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed responses.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Diploma in any field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Independence and proactivity with good problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with HQ, China colleagues).
