
Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the First Point of Contact: Greet customers, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Provide accurate product or service information, resolve basic issues or complaints with a positive attitude, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
- Operate POS System: Process transactions, ensure end-of-day cash handling and POS records are accurate, create invoices, and prepare paperwork for financial processing.
- Maintain Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
