Job Description:

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include training and upskilling new and existing team members, providing actionable feedback, and working closely with senior management to design procedures for optimal user experience.

You will also be required to attend to visitors and customers, maintain customer records, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner. Additionally, you will assist in implementing customer retention practices and create a positive environment for customers.

  • Prior experience in the customer service field
  • A professional appearance and well-groomed demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and a passion for serving customers
  • The ability to remain calm in any situation
  • Digital literacy is a must
  • Prior experience in the beauty line is a plus
