Corporate Secretarial Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Specialist to join our esteemed organization.

  • The ideal candidate will provide a full range of corporate secretarial services, including compliance with statutory requirements and due diligence certification.
  • Assist in attending to statutory filing in compliance with Companies Act 1967 and other regulatory and statutory requirements to ensure all necessary documentation is well-maintained at all times.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and other third-party partners as required, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and draft minutes of general meetings, board and board committee meetings to maintain accurate records and facilitate decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in corporate secretarial roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
