Role Overview

At SINGAPORE FOZL GROUP PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and help us build a top-notch team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and meet our hiring goals.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization.
  • Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Work closely with our Marketing & Branding teams to promote our company as an employer of choice and leverage digital platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Assist in crafting competitive offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with our compensation strategy.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience as they transition into our company.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles through proactive networking and relationship-building.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive salary benchmarks to inform recruitment decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within corporate services, consulting, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinking in attracting and engaging candidates.
