Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for different roles.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company website.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and assist in preparing interviewers with relevant candidate information and interview guides.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment on job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to offer insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in Retail/Education line.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, labor market trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with using several platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. IHRP or CEI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Retail/Education line.
