Hotel Room Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Room Attendant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the daily cleanliness of hotel rooms, providing a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Replenish room amenities such as toiletries and towels.
  • Check and stock up all necessary linens and amenities required for housekeeping trolleys.
  • Check and replenish mini-bar items.
  • Maintain public areas in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels of amenities and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is essential.
  • A matured, proactive, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to commit to rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
