Job Summary:
This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the daily food preparation and management of kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, possess a basic food hygiene certificate, and exhibit good physical condition and endurance.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and health codes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and preparing menus and ordering supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Kitchen Staff: Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet quality standards and health codes by implementing effective quality control measures.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by implementing effective cleaning and organization procedures.
- Menu Planning: Prepare menus and order supplies as needed to ensure that the kitchen has the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Certifications: Possess a basic food hygiene certificate.
- Physical Condition: Exhibit good physical condition and endurance.
