About the Role

You will play a key role in leading our Security department, overseeing the planning and development of security operations, command centre and site management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing up-to-date digital solutions to improve security operations
  • Evaluating current procedures and practices to identify areas for improvement
  • Leading a team of security personnel and developing their skills through training and mentorship
  • Liaising with public law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security measures are in place

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing security systems and leading teams
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale events and crowd control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
