Role Summary

We are seeking a Director, Cyber Security to provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customer’s data and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in working with stakeholders and customers to establish and maintain effective policies and procedures for managing cyber risks.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director.


What You Will Do

  • Oversee the development and implementation of cyber security strategy with our customers
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective management of cyber security risks with our customers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of security measures and make recommendations for improvement for our customers.
  • Lead incident response efforts and coordinate recovery plans in the event of a security breach.
  • Stay informed on the latest cyber security trends and threats to enhance our customer’s security posture.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in cyber security management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cyber security teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and customers.
  • Visionary Leader: Ability to set a clear strategic direction for our customers and stakeholders cyber security efforts.
  • Proactive: Capability to anticipate potential threats and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Decisive: Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborative: Effective in building relationships and fostering a culture of security awareness across our customers and stakeholders.
