Job Description:
The Lab Chemist will be responsible for conducting daily analysis of precious metal materials, providing technical advice, and collaborating with the Operations Department to develop cost-effective treatment and recovery methods.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily analysis of precious metal materials in accordance with SOPs in the final sampling and analysis lab.
- Provide timely and accurate technical advice to Operations Personnel based on SOPs, including material handling procedures and safety precautions.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to develop cost-effective treatment and recovery methods for incoming or customer materials.
- Assist in coordinating and advising on technical recovery trials in Operations.
- Contribute to the optimization of alternative analysis and recovery methods.
- Support the laboratory with experimental work as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with at least 2 years of laboratory experience in the precious metal or base metal industry (e.g., fire assay analysis and ICP machine operation).
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
