Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate Shelter operations and provide weekly feedback to the Head of Residential Services.

• Train new hires on Boys' Town SOPs.

• Track and review staff portfolios, training hours, and budget expenditures.

• Plan and revise daily and holiday programs to motivate resident participation.

• Maintain and update the Residential Handbook and brief new residents on expectations.

• Collaborate with RS Units for resident needs.

• Follow up with Education Officers on resident school matters.

• Manage petty cash claims, Pocket Money disbursements, and Transport claims.

• Oversee staff compliance with leave applications.

• Coordinate MSF-related incident reports and maintain MSF Stats for monthly/quarterly reporting.

• Liaise with community stakeholders for Residential Services matters.

• Participate in and document Shelter meetings, RS Core meetings, and key stakeholder engagements.
