Job Title: Residential Community Manager
About the Role:
The Residential Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a residential community. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for creating a positive living environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of residential staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote community building and resident engagement;
- Serve as a point of contact for residents on issues related to housing and community standards;
- Address resident concerns, conflicts, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner;
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address safety hazards;
- Collaborate with security and other relevant personnel to ensure a safe and secure living environment;
- Maintain accurate records related to resident occupancy, incidents, and programming;
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support program initiatives and resident needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, education);
- At least 2 years of experience in residential management or a related field;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
