This is a key position that requires a highly skilled and courteous individual to represent the hotel in the best possible light.

The role involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a warm smile and efficient luggage assistance.
  • Collaborating closely with the Front Office team to deliver seamless service to guests, including resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Building rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, offering assistance and support as needed.
  • Responding promptly and tactfully to guests' requests and inquiries, including hotel facilities and services, local attractions, transportation options, dining recommendations, and general information beyond the hotel.
  • Liaising closely with Reception on guests' arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Making courtesy calls to guests to ensure they are satisfied with their stay and address any concerns they may have.
  • Staying well-informed about local events, conferences, and tourist information to provide guests with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Managing guest baggage storage, parcel delivery, and correspondence efficiently and securely.
  • Maintaining accurate records by updating the movements log, including delivery of luggage, parcels, and baggage stored or retrieved.
  • Ensuring the lobby, driveway, and luggage storage areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.
  • Staying informed about daily events within the hotel and assisting guests or visitors with directions and relevant information as required.
  • Overseeing and maintaining smooth traffic flow at the hotel driveway, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for guests.
  • Requiring and keeping stock of promotional materials for daily operations, showcasing the hotel's offerings and amenities.
