Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Description:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, guests, and staff.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and issuing passes.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and reflects the company's image.
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and providing WiFi codes.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with security procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Minimum 'O' level certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal relations ability and communication skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and interact well with people of all levels.
- Prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate high standards of hospitality and welcome.
- Multi-task efficiently and possess excellent telephone manner.
- Strong public relation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good judgment when dealing with clients and staff members.
Languages: English Fluent. Bilingual will be advantageous.
