Responsibilities- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our fragrance products to customers
- Promote specific fragrance products over assigned counters
- Welcome and interact with customers, share solid product knowledge and convert opportunities to sales
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing professional consultations
- Maintain basic housekeeping and adhere to operational procedures
- Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as needed
- Ensure counter cleanliness, proper presentation of products and testers on shelves
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Sales-driven and customer-service oriented
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; past exposure in beauty or luxury industry is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate interest and/or knowledge of fragrance products
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Meticulous attention to details
