Medical Device Supply Chain Specialist

The Contract Coordinator is responsible for managing supplier relationships and critical vendors through the development and execution of procurement strategies ensuring the reliable supply and quality of medical products. This role combines manufacturing technical capability, strategic sourcing with demand planning to balance cost, quality, compliance, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Measure and communicate supplier quality and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with planning teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and secure supply continuity.
- Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or planning, with at least 3+ years in the medical devices, pharma, or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills (minimum B2, preferably C1 English level); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Skilled in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
