A brand new role in a leading medical device company located in the West of Singapore. The company aims to improve patients’ lives through medical technology.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
- End to end supply chain activities, including procurement, planning and logistics
- Develop short and long term strategies to enhance the supply chain processes
- Manage a team of 15
- Analyze and collaborate regional S&OP for demand planning.
- Develop and provide supply chain analytics and reports for management
- Define the logistics strategy of the region, ensuring alignment with support functions in the implementation phase
- Review of sourcing spend budgets for local and de-central sourcing organizations globally.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related
- At least 10 years of experience in a Medical Device or related industry with 4 years of leadership experience
- Cleanroom experience is essential
- Ability to work under stress and multitask
- Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
