Overview

Regional Supply Chain Manager (Medical Devices) with strong growth plans in emerging Asia markets. Global Medical Devices MNC with a wide range of medical and surgical devices across consumables and equipment. SEA market is a developing region with high growth potential.

Compensation — Base salary from $9k - $12k/month + Bonus

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager and Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing all supply chain activities in SEA, including demand & supply and manufacturing planning. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales organization and distributors by implementing efficient & well-designed supply chain solutions, serving as a subject matter expert on current supply chain challenges, and developing solutions with a continuous improvement culture.

As this is a people management role , you will need to lead a team of 4 across the region and be responsible for coaching and mentoring of your direct reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 6 – 10 years of Supply Chain Management and Operations experience within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and/or Life Sciences industry. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment with high entrepreneurial spirit in growing with the SEA team. You will need to have experience in advanced ERP and the ability to manage a 3PL warehouse environment. Having people management experience in leading a small team will be preferred.
