Workforce Management Specialist

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing Planning: Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs for various shifts, roles, and special projects.
  • Scheduling and Optimization: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules to ensure balanced and optimized staffing levels.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor attendance, overtime, and prepare staffing reports to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Work with the recruitment team to fill open positions and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all staffing plans adhere to employment laws and monitor overtime compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine staffing planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align staffing plans with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
