**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- **Account Growth**: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling services.
- **Business Development**: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the IT staffing or managed services sector.
- **Service Delivery Coordination**: Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- **Contract & Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with senior executives, hiring managers, and procurement teams to strengthen client partnerships.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvements and client success.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 2+ years in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Business Development in **IT Staffing, Professional Services, or Managed Services.**
**Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT recruitment, contract staffing, and managed services models.
**Sales & Negotiation**: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
**Relationship Management**: Excellent skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and workforce solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with enterprise clients in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology sectors.
- Prior exposure to contract staffing, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
