Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Paid Channels:
    • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Organic Channels:
    • Enhance the user experience through SEO best practices and content creation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand reach.
  • Onsite Marketing:
    • Design and implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign success.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
