We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Integrated Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various facilities equipment, including ACMV, pumps, mechanical fans, AHU, FCU, chillers, compressors, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of fire protection systems.
  • Supervise and manage building operations, including landscape, pest control, and janitorial services.
  • Create and maintain PM and CM work orders in Corrigo.
  • Monitor contractor performance and work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be certified and experienced in electrical or mechanical repair, with a strong background in facilities and maintenance. You should also be good-natured and customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
