Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our logistics team.

  • About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in organizational and time management skills, with experience in administrative or logistics support roles. They will be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:

The Logistics Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing logistical support to the team, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to logistics operations
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any logistics-related concerns
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the department
  • Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
