At Fendi, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Omnichannel team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM plans that align with our marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Analyze client data to derive key insights and recommend business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the CRM and PCR departments to plan and execute events and evaluate results.
  • Develop and implement in-store client activations to maximize opportunities.
  • Manage the Zone Omni-CRM budget and costing.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and tools received from Headquarters.
  • Review post-activation feedback to elevate future activations.
  • Ensure the success of the Omni Ambassador program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in CRM, with prior experience in similar luxury fashion brands an advantage.
  • International mindset.
  • Familiarity with local and overseas market situations and trends.
  • Strong analytics skills and numerically sensitive.
  • Good interpersonal and interaction skills to collaborate with store personnel.
  • Strong client service mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with international, multilingual stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to develop and train others.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
