About the Role: As an MEP Design Coordinator, you will work closely with our designers and engineers to create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD and BIM software. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support in creating accurate and efficient designs that meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and designing ACMV ducting layout, section details, and M&E services coordination
  • Carry out detailing and coordination drawings using AutoCAD and BIM modeling
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables

Requirements:

  • Minimum NTC 3 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in AutoCAD drawing and BIM modeling
  • Ability to carry out detailing and coordination drawings
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent, disciplined, and organized
