Job Description:
As a seasoned MEP Project Manager at BAYES, you will be responsible for overseeing all site coordination related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing matters of the project. Your expertise in managing MEP works installation and progress will ensure that contractual and specifications requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design coordination with consultants, client, and authorities
* Attend client, consultant, and sub-con meetings
* Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements

To maintain an efficient workflow, you will also be responsible for ensuring drawing registry is up-to-date, latest drawings/BIM models are available for all parties involved, and transmittal forms/emails are issued accordingly. Additionally, you will oversee submittals, monitor progress and status, resolve technical issues on drawings, and liaise closely with trades and authorities.

Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Building Services
* Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit preferred
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience in coordination and supervision of MEP works in local building construction
* Good knowledge of MEP specifications, code of practices, standards, and BCA quality requirements
