**MEP (Mechnical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer
Job description and responsibilities:

- Design of building engineering works (Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical, MVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services, Fire Engineering)
- Review and monitor the Contractor's procedures for quality checks and site inspections for MEP and monitor processes to address all MEP site related issues.
- Coordinate with the project commissioning team to ensure that the project is commissioned to meet the contract requirements.
- Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent mechanical/electrical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' MEP working experience in construction industry preferably in fit-out industry.
- Able to understand technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, with basic skills in AutoCAD and preferably also in BIM.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
- Immediate availability preferred.
