**Responsibilities**
- Plan and monitor all architectural, structural & MEP works from design to construction stages
- Responsible for cross discipline coordination i.e. structural and M&E and design related issues
- Provide technical input and support on design issues to operation team and identify any potential risk or discrepancy on the design
- Ensure all architectural, structural and MEP design from consultants and subcontractors are in accordance with contractual and project specification requirements.
- Track and ensure all design works schedules are in line with project master programme and provide constant updates on progress.
- Oversee the planning of architectural, structural & MEP works, site inspections, monitoring of work progress, ensure all works of the project and subcontractors are in compliance to the defined standards and drawings
- Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards
- Attend all coordination meetings and ensure timely submission of drawings to authority

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture, recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
- At least 5 years’ experience in architectural field in construction industry
- Proficient in project management and understanding of architectural, structural & MEP trades
- Eye for details in design shop drawings
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Mindset to work in a digital environment
- Approach with a Design for safety mindset
