Coordinate architectural 3D or visualization related projects between clients and creative team to ensure timely delivery of top notch work.
- Provide technical advices and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client.
- Manage Correspondence, documentation & Coordination with Client/Client' Representative and other contractors/consultants.
- Manage manpower & resources to execute on hand works within timeline.
- Liaising with different parties, client's representatives, sub-contractors, and consultants.
- Responsible for daily & timely site progress updates.
- Establish good business relationship with clients;
- Able to multi-task and arrange works efficiently

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in the various design software (such as CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, etc.) and MS Office Applications.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantages to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
