Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Are you a skilled facilities maintenance professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technician/Senior Technician to join our team.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine, periodic, and preventive maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and provide excellent customer service to our guests and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical maintenance, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to maintain high workmanship standards, ensure efficient systems, and monitor energy consumption. As a Senior Technician, you will also be responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, soliciting quotations from contractors, and delegating and supervising engineering projects.

Requirements:- Technical certifications including NTC 3/NTC 2 or equivalent;
- 1-5 years of working experience in the Hospitality industry;
- Electrical worker license is advantageous;
- Able to do shift work including weekends.
