Our company is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the trusted partner for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  2. Understand client business goals and customise AI call scripts to align with their messaging.
  3. Review call recordings and platform insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Test, iterate, and optimise call scripts to improve conversion and appointment-setting rates.
  5. Onboard new clients and guide them through best practices for AI-driven cold calling.
  6. Provide proactive recommendations to maximise ROI on the platform.
  7. Work with product and engineering teams to channel client feedback into the roadmap.
  8. Track account performance, prepare reports, and clearly communicate results to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt to different client personalities.
  • Analytical and creative mindset—comfortable reviewing data and crafting persuasive scripts.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of information (e.g., call reviews) and extract key insights.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and independent; thrives in a startup / fast-paced environment.
