About This Opportunity

As a key player in international freight forwarding, you will be responsible for managing shipments across multiple modes of transportation while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end deliveries.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under time pressure. If you have a passion for logistics and are looking for a challenging and dynamic environment, this may be the opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistics for in-gauge shipments by air, ocean, and road
  • Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, operating, and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated)
  • Follow up on rates and correspond with various associates (airlines, carriers, co-loaders, suppliers, overseas offices/agents)
  • Maintain and regularly validate all costs/pricing information from co-loaders and other service providers
  • Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations
  • Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
  • Act safely to ensure your own welfare and that of colleagues, based on defined health & safety targets
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in international logistics or freight forwarding preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of freight operations (air, ocean and road)
  • Ability to represent the company and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to deal with stress and flexibility to work after office hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform effectively under time pressure
  • Great team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Good IT skills in Office365; familiarity with logistics systems is an advantage
