We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Services Manager to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering legal structures including trust, companies, foundations and other similar entities, ensuring compliance with fiduciary, statutory, regulatory and internal obligations.
This is a Singapore-based position, requiring the employee to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities- Administering legal structures including trusts, companies, foundations and other similar entities.
- Ensuring adherence to fiduciary, statutory, regulatory and internal obligations.
- Drafting appropriate documents and engaging with clients, advisors and third parties as required.
- Assisting with annual account preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You should have a good understanding of trust accounting, trust relationships and trust services, as well as experience working with regulatory requirements.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
