Vice President, Trust Services Reporting to the Managing Director, the Vice President, Trust Services provides senior leadership to the Group’s fiduciary services business in Bermuda and directs the marketing, development and retention of profitable personal and/or corporate Trust business.

Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of seasoned trust professionals to manage and maintain relationships with our trust clients, third party providers and advisors.

Reviewing the department’s operational effectiveness and assisting in the development of jurisdictional plans to support growth.

Operating as a member of the Senior Management Team; Fiduciary Investment and Risk and Operational Committees.

Ensuring that the control and risk management functions; accounting policies and support systems are compliant with international standards and regulatory best practice.

Training and developing managers to attract and retain clients.

Preparing and delivering proposals and workforce forms, and agreeing pricing structures, to ensure that appropriate levels of resource are maintained to deliver services efficiently and cost effectively.

Supporting a robust and disciplined approach to deliver the highest level of client care and ensuring timely delivery of quality fiduciary services.

Promoting the growth of annuity income from new and existing fiduciary client relationships.

Participating in marketing activities in Bermuda as an ambassador for the trust team.

Developing new business by maintaining contact with advisors and other intermediaries.

Helping to maintain our culture of legal and regulatory compliance, including awareness of the regulatory environment and ensuring compliance with Group Minimum Standards and Policies and Procedures.

Ensuring time records are accurately maintained and that NAVONE and all management dashboards are utilized to improve recovery rates.

Your qualifications and skills include: Holds a Master’s degree or equivalent.

A relevant professional qualification e.g.

STEP, ICSA or ACCA.

Strong knowledge and experience of offshore trust and company administration – 10+ years PQE.

Excellent personal organization and time management skills, together with communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

The ability to self-motivate.

A proven track record of client service excellence and business development.

Demonstrate experience of successfully managing a team and meeting billing/cash collection targets and deadlines.

Good knowledge of Bermuda’s regulatory environments.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
