Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as Business Development and Operations Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and provide support to staff members.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on business performance and operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and develop plans to implement them.
  • Lead and participate in projects related to business development and operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. F&B industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency in other software applications is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently to outlets for site visits and meetings.
