**Job Description:**

The Operational Excellence team is a key component of our regional strategy to drive business growth and efficiency across Southeast Asia.

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Operational Excellence Specialists, responsible for leading the design and implementation of operational improvements in our fulfillment centers.

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will partner with our warehouse leaders and site teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes directly with our ground teams.

You will manage initiatives end-to-end, from defining problems to measuring outcomes and scaling successful solutions.

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, who can utilize SQL and Python to analyze data, uncover bottlenecks, and track performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure improvements align with broader business needs
  • Leading high-priority projects such as new site launches, process redesigns, and automation deployments

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to utilize SQL and Python to analyze data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
