Senior Data Insights Specialist

This is a crucial position in our digital marketing team in Singapore, where the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business transformation through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and manage custom marketing dashboards to deliver on-demand data insights, and build dashboards, visuals, and charts to highlight trends and performance.
  • Reporting and Insights: Handle weekly marketing reports, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation of findings, and provide data-driven recommendations to evaluate marketing and promotional activities.
  • Data Management: Work with large datasets from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Matomo, and HubSpot using Excel, SQL, or Python, and maintain data integrity through regular cleaning, documentation, and archiving.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including asset creation and events, and support ad-hoc and campaign reporting, as well as ongoing HubSpot CRM management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in a business-related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing data analytics.
  • Skills: Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and proficiency in English.
